Delivery Method

  • Digital products and tickets are delivered electronically via email, download link, or third-party booking platform.

  • Tour and experience confirmations are typically sent immediately or within the timeframe stated on the product page.

No physical shipment will occur for these products.


2. Print on Demand (Physical Products)

We offer a limited selection of Print on Demand (POD) physical products, such as apparel or accessories.

Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Print on Demand items are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners

  • We do not stock, pack, or ship these items ourselves

  • Shipping times and delivery estimates may vary depending on:

    • Production time

    • Destination

    • Fulfillment partner

3. Shipping Rates & Fees (POD Only)

  • Shipping costs for Print on Demand items are calculated at checkout

4. International Shipping (POD Only)

Print on Demand products may be shipped internationally.

Please note:

5. Order Tracking (POD Only)

If tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided via email once your Print on Demand order has shipped.

Tracking availability depends on the fulfillment partner and shipping method selected.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments (POD Only)

Because Print on Demand items are fulfilled by third-party partners:

  • Shipping delays may occasionally occur

  • Lost or damaged items should be reported to us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)

  • We will work with the fulfillment provider to investigate and assist where possible
